Having made the transition from leading manufacturing & supply chain operations for global multi-billion dollar organizations to the world of start-ups and small-to-medium sized companies, founder Eric Fetty quickly realized that the resources and tools available to the large players was missing for their smaller sized competitors. These smaller organizations were not always able to hire a team with the size and experience level needed to bring these best-in-class proven capabilities, and the consulting agencies out there were pushing the same cookie-cutter solutions that do not support high growth, dynamic operations, yet still come with a price tag only attainable for the larger competition.
